Stolt-Nielsen S.A. Receives Prepayment on Sale of Marine Harvest Shareholding
LONDON, March 30, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) — Stolt-Nielsen S.A. (Nasdaq:SNSA) (Oslo Stock Exchange:SNI), reported today that the Company had received proceeds of EUR 293.8 million (approximately $352.5 million at the current exchange rate) from the sale of its 25% shareholding in Marine Harvest N.V., as announced on March 6, 2006. As previously announced, the Company expects to record a gain of $80 million on this transaction based upon the estimated value of its investment in Marine Harvest in the second quarter of 2006. The gain will be recorded when the final approval of transaction is received from the regulatory and competition authorities.

(OTCBB:EERG) announced that it raised approximately $4,333,000 of financing in the second closing of a private placement from issuance of its common stock and warrants to purchase common stock to accredited investors. The second closing occurred on March 29, 2006, which together with the first closing that occurred on March 2, 2006, raised an aggregate of approximately $5,938,000. In connection with the second closing, Eternal Energy issued 8,666,000 units of common stock and common stock purchase warrants, with each unit consisting of one share of its common stock and warrant to purchase one share of its common stock, at a per unit purchase price of $0.50. The warrants have an exercise period of two years and an exercise price of $1.00 per share.
